I’d just like to thank you again for providing a wonderful venue for our event. The quality of the sound for the actual graduation in the theatre was excellent and it was the perfect size for our group. I also heard many people praising the food! Your staff were brilliant, especially the ushers who helped with the very challenging job of seating the young people.
Co-operation Ireland held its Northern Ireland National Citizen Service (NI NCS) Summer Graduation at the MAC in August 2019.
A UK-wide youth scheme, NI NCS is designed to help bring young people together in Northern Ireland to make friendships, build skills for life and work, and create unforgettable memories.
Over 250 young people attended the event in our Downstairs Theatre, who had taken part in NCS over the summer, and newly appointed Northern Ireland minister, Nick Hurd MP was the keynote speaker.
Our dedicated Technical Team provided support on the day, assisting with the delivery of presentations on our projector and screen.
The event was followed by a street-food inspired standing reception provided by our in-house catering team.
