A large, multipurpose space that can accommodate up to 60 people in a variety of seating formats. When not in use for corporate hire, this room is used by our actors and performers as a world-class rehearsal room too. Featuring light oak flooring, neutral tones and a range of configuration options, the Lab is a creative space ideal for planning sessions, seminars and teamwork. It is equipped with a vocal PA system and ceiling-mounted projectors.
The Lab and the Factory (which is right next door) can be used together to create an extensive suite for all your corporate and social needs. To keep your guests in one area and to allow opportunities for networking, you can hire the entire sixth floor to allow room for breakout space and to serve lunch or drinks.
