A multistorey carpark (plus bike park) is right next door and we’ve great public transport links.

When booking an event with the MAC you will benefit from a personal service from our dedicated team. With a dedicated Events Coordinator who will assist at every stage of your event planning, as well as our fantastic Front of House and Technical teams who will add to your event experience.

Yes, all public and private spaces within the MAC are wheelchair accessible. It’s one of only a handful of venues in Belfast which are fully accessible.
There are additional costs for staffing (technical support and front of house officers) dependent on your event requirements. Your Events Coordinator will advise on the level of staffing if any, your event is likely to require and provide the hourly rates.
Rooms are set up to your specific requirements in advance of the event. All of our spaces have built in AV facilities – projector & screen or wall-mounted plasma with a fixed lectern & mic (if required).
You can park securely at Saint Anne's Square multi-storey car park, which is on Edward Street right beside the MAC. The car park is open 24 hours. There's a special evening rate if you're going to a show of just £3.50. Otherwise, it's £1.20 an hour during the day.
The MAC's curatorial team is always interested in receiving updates from both emergent and established artists in the form of invitations, publications, e-flyers and web links. This forms part of the team's ongoing process of research. However, the team cannot accept unsolicited exhibition proposals and is therefore sadly unable to reply to these submissions. We'd be delighted however to organise a private guided tour, or drinks reception if appropriate, in one of our gallery spaces. Just talk to our team.
